The inaugural Adult Game Fest 2026 will take place September 24–26 inside Utherverse, a 3D virtual world where attendees can explore the convention using their own avatars.
Rather than operating as a traditional livestreamed conference, Adult Game Fest is designed as a virtual convention space. Visitors can walk through exhibition areas, attend sessions, explore showcases and interact with other attendees inside the digital environment.
Organizers currently describe the event as three days spread across six virtual zones with more than 30 sessions, combining elements of a gaming convention, industry conference and online social event.

A Convention Inside a Virtual World
One of the more unusual aspects of Adult Game Fest is the way attendees enter the event. After obtaining a ticket, visitors create an Utherverse account and use the Utherverse 3D client to access the convention.
Inside the virtual environment, attendees can choose an avatar, walk around the convention floor, visit exhibition spaces, attend the Main Stage and interact with people in virtual lounges.
The current Utherverse client required for the convention is listed by Adult Game Fest as Windows-only, which is worth knowing for anyone planning to attend.
The Adult Game Fest Lineup Is Growing
Adult Game Fest has been steadily expanding its exhibitor lineup ahead of opening day. On September 14, organizers announced four additional development teams: Fallen Genesis, PalpatineStudio, Adventurous Goat and Paper Tiger Games.
Fallen Genesis is bringing Project Egris, an 18+ choice-based fantasy novel set in a dystopian cyberpunk world. PalpatineStudio is arriving with a catalog of more than six adult games, while Adventurous Goat will exhibit Ardor for Depravity.
Paper Tiger Games is showcasing Rivers of Astrum: Daughter of Darkness, a story-driven dark fantasy title with a lesbian focus and customizable content filters.
More Than One Type of Adult Game
The announced lineup ranges from visual novels and story-driven fantasy titles to projects using sandbox mechanics and other interactive formats. That variety gives the first Adult Game Fest a broader focus than simply showcasing one particular style of adult game.
Panels Will Cover Development, Publishing and Technology
The convention is also being positioned as an industry event rather than only a place to preview games. Announced conference topics include game development, artificial intelligence, creator monetization, publishing, legal and regulatory issues, and emerging technologies.
One of the latest additions comes from FleshForge Studio. On September 15, the studio announced a session titled “5 Steam Releases Later: A Data Breakdown.”
Scheduled for September 26 at 12 p.m. PDT, the panel will look at data from the studio’s experience releasing adult games on Steam and examine what happens after those titles reach the platform.

Nutaku Will Spotlight Emerging Adult Games
Another major part of the convention is The Next Big Adult Game, a developer showcase presented by Nutaku.
Selected indie developers will pitch their projects to a panel of industry judges, presenting elements such as their concept, gameplay, creative direction, target audience and the potential for the game to stand out in the market.
For attendees, the showcase provides an opportunity to see upcoming projects and developers before those games potentially reach a wider audience. For participating studios, the event is designed to provide exposure, professional feedback and opportunities to connect with publishers and other industry partners.
Lovense Brings Interactive Technology Into the Event
Adult Game Fest also has a connection to the pleasure-tech industry through Lovense, which has been named the convention’s Platinum Sponsor.
